We are looking for Network and Computer Systems Administrators/Systems Engineer with the below requirements.

Utilize telecom network management and performance monitoring tools including TEMS, NEMO, NetAct, JIRA, and ServiceNow to support network optimization and operational activities. Monitor and analyze telecom network KPIs to ensure optimal network performance, reliability, and quality of service. Conduct drive tests and perform real-time network performance analysis to identify coverage, capacity, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot network problems, generate performance reports, and implement optimization solutions to enhance overall network efficiency and customer experience.
