Summary:
The main function of the Data Analyst is to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. IQC Panel Return Claims Process
∙ Claim and submit RA Credit based PO for inbound received defective panels from SAMEX
∙ Dispatch repairable panels to local RB center (AMKO) and process back-to-stock @GPCA
∙ Consolidate non-repairable defects from (4) TX, IL, NJ, TOR IQC facilities to CA W/H
∙ Process newly received RA credit upon vendor’s claim process completion
2. IQC (Inbound Quality Check)
∙ Data compiling, analyze panel inbound inspection result from (4) IQC facilities
– Test Jig Maintenance
∙ Obtain or Procure Test Jig required for Inspection purposes including Vendor Inquiry, Stock Allocation per facility
– Internal Data Management
∙ Report and share to SAMEX QC Team for analysis and root-cause evaluation
3. Returns Inspection Data Management
∙ Data compiling, analyze panel return inspection result from (4) IQC facilities
∙ Report and share to SAMEX QC Team for analysis and root-cause evaluation
4. Packaging Material Order Management
∙ Procure Panel internal packaging and outer box for back-to-stock panel
∙ Submit PO and process Invoice payment w/ AP
5. Quality Report(s) DA/VD
∙ Defect/damage Returns Data Extraction
∙ Query data management weekly, monthly, annual
∙ Data Analysis of returns across 2,000 accounts
6. Vendor PO creation
∙ Internal supply, operation, equipment, misc service
∙ For Panel Inspection W/H only (process owned by GPCA)
7. Carrier Performance Dashboard
∙ Data analysis of Carrier Defect, Damage rate performance, LTL vs. MR comparison
8. Worst Carrier Route Dashboard
∙ Data analysis of worst delivery route by customer, zip code, ship-type
9. Core Parts Pricing ∙
∙ Pricing data extraction and determine Core Pricing for new parts registration
∙ Fixed Pricing update, Core-A Pricing update, Distributor Pricing Adjustment, Net Value Error
10. Field Service Support
∙ Support FS VOC inquiries related to Pricing error, delayed Returns, Shipment delay etc.
∙ Update/Adjust PNN Cap allowance per system
